IOI Independent Organization International is a non-governmental, non-partisan (non-profit) civil society organization registered under No. (1108) for the year 2022. We are a group of leaders and pioneers of human rights and development work, independent in our orientation and affiliation from any political activity or orientation. We all agreed That we unite under the umbrella of IOI to be a platform for right and development, IOI seeks to combat irregular migration by promoting the settlement of citizens within their countries with human rights and development mechanisms, IOI is the first organization in the Arab world and the continent of Africa that works to defend and support irregular employment according to the principle of citizenship to enhance community protection “socially and healthily” and upgrading their vocational and professional level through training and qualification in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, as well as helping them healthily by providing some low-cost health services through our partnership with several institutions working in the health sector, in addition to providing educational services and legal advice for free to the wide segment of irregular workers and their children
IOI adopts a research and survey approach based on objective investigation, verification, monitoring and documentation without politicizing its research publications and monitoring reports to preserve the established principles of human rights.

Irregular migration is one of the forms of human trafficking that must be combated with human rights and developmental mechanisms through the promotion of citizenship and the settlement of the citizen within his homeland, and irregular employment is a huge segment in all countries of the world and they are the first to fall into the trap of irregular migration and human trafficking, so the IOI team believes that The optimal approach to combating irregular migration and human trafficking crimes is to support, rehabilitate and develop the most affected segments of society, which is irregular employment, to achieve the strategic goal.
Irregular employment, whether (part-time – seasonal – temporary – free – on demand) is the real labor force and the arms that build working societies. Therefore, we strive and believe in empowering and integrating irregular employment in their various specializations within the official economies of countries and converting them into regular employment and extending a hand of social protection to them
