Elwarsha programme
The first program in the Arab world and Africa that supports and rehabilitates irregular workers
Irregular employment is the group most affected by the continuation of the global economic crises, and this group may be torn apart and lose the ability to meet the basic requirements of life. Therefore, we aim in the workshop program to support irregular employment professionally, socially and legally.
Irregular employment also suffers from the problems of employer control in terms of starting and ending work, and the problems of verbal rather than written and conditional contracting between the worker and the employer, as well as the absence of forms of social security, health care and safety against risks for workers and craftsmen engaged in self-employment.
It includes irregular employment (peasants, fishermen, craftsmen of carpentry, plumbing, car technicians, electricians, carpenters and many other trades, domestic workers, temporary agricultural workers in afforestation and gardens, livestock breeding workers and apiaries) and other different segments. Community services are linked in one way or another to the services needed by the rest of society.
Therefore, our main goal in the Foundation is the community support for this group so that it can meet its most basic needs.
The program includes vocational training to build skilled professional and professional cadres, as we are now lacking a skilled worker, as well as training on personal skills to acquire the skills of dealing with the other, as well as awareness against drugs.
